Streamline Sculpt

One of Paul's most popular classes in Hollywood! Non-stop action, non-stop variety, non-stop sweat and lean muscle building. Incorporating the step, weights, body bar (optional), and medicine ball Paul takes you through a hard core sequence of exercises in segments. Functional, rotational, compound, unilateral, contra-lateral, integrated pliometrics, and more deliver a high calorie expenditure while performing multiple reps for lean muscle building. Dynamic, fun, and integrated med ball sequences break up this hard core class!

Take your Cycle class to the next level. Incredible music sets the pace for a 50 minute ride that integrates heart zone training, with the best in programming. Seated heavy, climbing, or running, let the music motivate every pedal stroke as you take a ride for your senses and your body.

Point of Difference

Using the tubing adds a unique resistance to exercises. By coupling the tubes during the same exercises participants essentially create a dual resistance or compound workout. The workout is dynamic, and challenges the participant neuromuscularly by forcing him/her to focus on the muscles in use, the muscles that are stabilizing, and continuing to hold the core at the same time.

To the Core

This program has been designed to give group fitness intructors as well as personal trainors a tool to target that region on the body which is most neglected "The Core"!

Different songs are designed for a specific region of the core, lower and upper abdominal regions: interal and external obliques. As well as overloading larger abdominal goups, such as the rectus abdominus.

Another great aspect is the focus on the entire regionn of the back and stability. By adding dynamic exercises, the abdominal region will be blasted to get the results you or your clients are looking for!
